How can I delete my Susy account?

You can delete your Susy account at any time from inside the app. Account deletion is final and cannot be undone.

  1. Open the Susy app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Edit Profile.
  4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom and confirm.

Once deleted, you are returned to the sign-in screen. Do not enter your phone number again unless you want to start over, as that creates a new account.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my personal data?

Your account and personal information are deleted within 30 days. Encrypted backups are cleared within a further 90 days. Your name may remain on past schedules your employer keeps, and we keep records the law requires us to keep. We never sell personal information.

What if I want to use Susy again later?

You will need a new invitation from your employer and a new account. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
